I think the raccoon eyes are supposed to be hiding her eyebags and eye-oldness-wrinkles-whatever.
Age happened. Her desperately trying to hold on to the past doesn't help her case much, either.

I can't believe people think she's had all this plastic surgery, when she's obviously okay with aging. She's not a ps-whore. I don't think
she's had anything done except for breast implants.

She also has Hep C and continues to drink like it's New Year's eve every night.
She is past her prime for sure...my avatar shows her at her best....1995. Hard, fast living and ton of alcohol, taking ecstasy like vitamins and Cocaine will catch up to you.
