Friday Night Lights A-http://www.ew.com/ew/tv/t...ghts_best_tv/0,,3,00.htmlA month back, Smash (Gaius Charles) high-stepped his way out of Dillon, and tonight another ex-Panther - Jason Street (Scott Porter) - says goodbye. The paralyzed former phenom heads to New York City in pursuit of a job and a family, but it will take more than a cheap suit to make it in the Big Apple. His teary exit - hell, even Riggins (Taylor Kitsch) gets a little choked up - continues a strong and satisfying third season that has more than made up for last year's sophomore slump. Too bad those without a satellite dish will have to wait until 2009 to enjoy it. And trust me, you will. -Dalton Ross

When did Tim become the comic relief on this show?

Great episode. I loved the dinner scene with the Taylors and Matt. Also Coach and Matt were hilarious during the football throwing scene. Coach needing aspirin
after.
Coach and Tami were so real during the second house scene. That whole scene was so touching. Coach's "oh no" when the annoying relater came back cracked me up. That's usually how I feel about relaters. The last scene with Jason made me cry. I'm not gonna lie, his character bored me, but it was a touching scene. Tim was at his best during this episode. His one liners are some of the best. |

Oh my God...I cried the last like 10 minutes of the show. Riggins was PERFECT. I usually hate Street and he was starting to annoy me with how immature he was
acting (Hey let's travel all the way to NY and get a job from some guy I met once) but I'm happy with how they wrapped up his storyline.
I'm so sad for Tammy that they couldn't afford that house...it was amazing. I love me some Saracen so I'm happy that it looks like he is going to get to play again this season as a receiver. I loved the scenes with him and Coach. Dude...Tyra is pissing me off! That cowboy is cute but obviously sketchy as hell. I hate that she's throwing away everything she's worked for for him. Previews for the next ep look great! I wonder what happens with Tim and Lyla? I'm not ready for them to break up yet...And Tyra looked like she was in some sketchy motel when she called for help. Crazy.... |

I love this show. This week's ep was great. I actually cared about Jason's storyline for once and was rooting for him and got all teary-eyed at the
end!
Tyra is making such a big mistake. Can't believe she's throwing her education away for some guy who can't even promise he'll be faithful to her. It was awesome watching Matt prove himself to Coach, he's had such a tough season with everyone proclaiming JD the second coming. I hope he actually gets back in the spotlight. And aww Tammy didn't get the house, but seriously it probably was too much. I still love those two, they're like my favorite TV married couple. |

Taylor was so good in that last scene where he was torn between disappointment at losing Jason as well being happy for him & his family. That boy's got
some acting chops.

Love seeing Riggins and Street wandering around in New York. Riggins looked especially out of place, lol. He looked so confused when he couldn't pay for a
hot dog with a hundred dollar bill. I loved the scene at the end so much - I just wanted to go give Riggins a big hug, lol.
I was happy for Saracen, too. Tyra's an idiot. That is all. |
