Send it Canada Post - it will be a lot cheaper. Just go to the post office or any outlet though and they'll weigh it for you but I'm thinking it will
cost around $3-$4 at most.

If you need it to be insured, send it Xpresspost through Canada post. It's
faster than regular mail, is insured and only costs around $6 or $7.
