Oh, and what was your job there and how did you like it?

Is it really easy to get a job there? Apparently they don't require any previous experience. Is this true?

It's easy. They don't require experience. They have flexible hours and they pay for your uniforms. It's a great job if you're just starting out, but customer service is hard if you're the type of person who takes things personally. Keep in mind that customer complaints usually have nothing to do with you, and it'll be fine. I've never worked there but have had a lot of friends who did. I went the ice cream/sub route instead when starting off. |

It's easy to get? Do they ask for references though?

I'm pretty sure every job will ask for references. But if you've never had a job before, you just express that, list your volunteer experience and
extracurriculars. Your references could be teachers, people you've done odd jobs for (lawn mowing, babysitting), or aunts/uncles. It's okay to
include family if you have no actual work experience, because they're more-so character references.

I got a job there when I was 14. It's probably one of the easiest places to get hired.

A few years ago I was desperate for work. I had an interview there and they wouldn't hire me because I had "too much" experience. Assholes.

It was my first job and I loved it. Mainly because of the nice coworkers and working environment.
