I've written checks a couple of times and included the tip in the check.
How wrong would it be to order pizza but not give a tip?

I haven't read this thread but,
I have a question. those that charge high delivery charge, how much do you still tip then? regular tip? or less than that, because they are already charging you a delivery charge? some of the pizza places here charge $3 or more for delivery and that's just  to me. I still give them tip on top of that but
I'm wondering if the delivery charge gets treated as their tip? anyone know?

I never treat the delivery charge as a tip. I give a tip anyway but then I try not to order from places that charge $3 for delivery.

Nope. I just take the cheese off. I figure the sauce will dry out if the cheese isn't over it.

If you can't afford a tip, you can't afford to eat out/order pizza. That is my policy. It is wrong not to tip.
