Aww QS, thanks for thinking of me. We're under a tornado warning right now. And I spent the night at my mom's house last night so I had to drive a lot farther to get to work this morning. And school is good. I had to pay my tuition yesterday and I cried. But my schedule worked out well and I got the calsses I needed.

I'm trying to pray every hour on the hour that I can be a patient and kind person today...BUT sometimes you just know it ain't gonna happen. Mentally I'm repeating the phrase "who wants it today? who really wants to try me". <----needs to go back to therapy OR find cheap recreational "meds"

Can you look up some prices real quick while on hold to let them know what youa re able to get elsewhere, it will make them squirm a bit, and give you some free stuff or free services. Don't be coy with them, Iknow it works for me, I work in a call centre for HP and have to replace computers and stuff, so kill them with some kindness and then let them know that this has been gong on for a very long time, and you are sick of it. I don't want to tie up my work phone since that last call was almost 45 minutes. The guy kept trying to feed me shit. He tried to "guarantee" this wouldn't happen again. Hey dumbass, I've heard that before and everytime I get my bill, It's fucked up. If I have to, I'll go to a Sprint store.
