This is for a baby shower I'm hosting... So far I have sushi, spinach rolls, mini chicken bites, brownies, mini cheesecakes and cheesy sausage dip. What
are some things you enjoy at parties?

All of those appetizers are the ones I wish I ate at parties, but are never available

Aren't pregnant women not supposed to eat raw fish? Or are you getting the kind without?

Spinach dip is always a winner to me. But the others you listed, I've never had at any party. I WANT.

Spinach dip, those potato puffs, potato puffs with spinach, vegetables with dip, spanikopita, onion tarts...bruschetta. And I don't eat meat but you can
make baby hotdogs in a blanket (pigs in a blanket) or chicken wings.

Mini-quiches are usually good and tend to go quickly.

I looove those things when the spring onions and the cream cheese with the turkey wrapped around it. They are amazing!

These are AMAZING and always go so quickly!
2) 8 ounce packages cream cheese - softened 6-8 TBS mayonnaise 6-8 green spring onions, minced finely 6 drops Tabasco or Hot Sauce 1 ½ cups Parmesan Cheese, grated 1 loaf Pepperidge Farm Sandwich Bread (large family size or two small loaves) Softened butter Mix first five ingredients in order listed and chill. Cut 1 ½ inch circles from bread with round biscuit/cookie cutter. The metal one works best. Butter bread very lightly on one side and brown under broiler. Be careful not to burn. Turn over and pile cheese mixture on top of unbuttered side. Dust very lightly with paprika for color. Arrange on cookie sheet and freeze - when frozen can be placed in freezer bag. To serve, place in preheated 350 degree oven until hot and slightly toasted - approximately 8 minutes. Yields 4 to 5 dozen |

Are you going for a certain theme? That could help you decide on some stuff, but all that sounds good.

I have an awesome quiche but I'm not so sure I want to drag the warmers and everything with me... I'll be making pigs in a blanket too, forgot those.
How does fruit and dip sound?
