I was just talking to a friend who just broke up with her boyfriend earlier last week and she had like, 2 or three dates since...and I realized, I'm 22 and
have never been on a date.

When I first met my husband, I was the one who asked him out. Like, we had literally just met. We went mini-golfing and then for coffee after.

You go out, be social, meet guys and then see if they want to go on dates.
You could try match.com or eharmony? |

Co-sign. I haven't been on a date in a year and a half. I feel like such a loser. I talk to boys, but none of them ever seen interested enough to ask me to
do something. I'm just the friend.

Just be friendly! Talk to boys in school/work, and if you find a guy you really like, then ask him out! And don't be ashamed; it's better to have had
no dates than to be loose and go out with anything with a pulse.

Dress cute, go to a bar, and guys will approach you. It's probably easier for them to approach girls then because they're more relaxed having had a
drink or two, etc.
Or like someone else said, try Plenty of Fish (free), Match.com, etc. One of my friends met his fiancée on Match.com

I went to college bars with mostly 21-24 year old students and grad students, so the guys there were pretty nice. I don't know about going to a bar with
mixed clientele like The Winking Lizard in the middle of the city, though.
I met my last ex-boyfriend at O'Hooley's (now called Jackie O's, I think)... he turned out to be a great guy. |

Yeah, see I go to bars with my friends, and we talk to guys, but nothing ever comes of it. At least not for me...it usually ends up being my friends that they
hit on. I guess I need uglier friends. haha
I've had one boyfriend, but we never DATED dated...we just kinda went from mutual friends to BAM he's my boyfriend. Haha. I just don't understand..like, all my friends are NEVER single. Like they breakup with boyfriends and they've got like extra guys standing by! Where do they come from? haha |

I meet guys everywhere. Work, through friends, at school, and on Craigslist. I meet a lot of guys off Craigslist. I like it better because I can look through
pictures and read a little about them and pick and choose who I actually want to hang out with.
