The TV is shoved in the corner temporarily. It will be relocated to the lower level when we renovate it next year.
These shelving units will be moved towards the window once the TV is gone. We still have to put in the shelves into the bookcase ... I think we're going to add solid doors to the bottom half of it as well.
The living room and dining room are connected ... the bowling alley type of room. Next year we're turning the windows in the dining room (not shown) into French doors and adding a deck. The fun colours from the living room will be in corporated into the dining room as well in the form of placemats, table cloths and vases. Decorating is so much fun, but man, people weren't kidding when they told me a room could take years to finish!
