Spicy brown mustard (Horseradish mustard is the best!) ketchup and seasoned onions.

I have and don't like it. The only time I use it is when I'm out of yellow mustard and it is a real hot dog emergency (I just cannot eat it plain or
just with ketchup).

I usually do either chili and cheese or ketchup and onions but once in a blue moon I'll have them plain, just on a bun or I'll add mustard to the chili
and cheese or I'll have sauerkraut on them (that's usually just on New Year's though).
