IDK, I just really love New Jersey because of all of the history, especially in my area. I'm 30 minutes from the shore (LBI), 20 minutes from Philadelphia/South Street, where I can get my urban kicks if I need to be in a city, 30 minutes from big areas like Cherry Hill, etc., and there are tons of fields and parks, riverwalks, forests, lakes, the Pine Barrens farms and shopping around, tons of things to do, lots of markets, really nice people, little crime where I live (knock on wood) and I live in the suburbs so I get my peace and quiet! There's a little bit of everything here, even mountains.
I'm really defensive of New Jersey, because I think it's just full of the best little gems of towns and the best people, but I guess sometimes it's better that not many people do know just how great it is.

There were three things to do: go to the pub, go to the convenience store, or go
to the Indian/Chinese takeout place.
