That would be a crap job I would think here in Indiana. We have houses everywhere that are for sale and no one is buying.

I am a real estate agent in Florida. I work with mainly REO properties which is a booming market (unfortunately or fortunately, however you want to look at
it.)

I'm not a realtor but I'm going for my license soon. I don't know if I'm going to like it but the agency pays for the class if you work for
them for a certain amount of time so it's worth a shot and it might be great for some extra cash. The market might suck now but it'll be nice to have
the license when it turns around. I also live in an area where real estate is ridiculously overpriced so I'm sure the pay would be decent if it's
commission based.
Speaking of pay, what is the commission that realtors usually get? |
