And she doesn't sound like a 20 year old. She sounds like a damn 13 year old who just found out she has a vagina. Good god karaaa you sound stupid as fuck. There's no way this is about a "friend." You're a little too concerned for it to be about anyone than yourself. Yes, I would be concerned for a friend of mine if he/she thought they had an std, but you're very extreme in here. Just fess up.

As far as I know, the only test for HPV is a sample of cells from the cervix, so your friend is gonna need a pelvic exam as well. And, I'm still confused as to how this guy would know he has HPV?
