I'm wondering how many people check the "Diversity" box when using job search databases. For example, on Monster.com there's a field that
says "I also want employers seeking
diversity candidates to find my
resume!" If you're a minority, do you check
things like that? Why or why not?
Minorities, do u check the 'Diversity' box in job searches?
