Different states and cities have different scalping laws. But I think all scalping is ridiculous.

You can't buy more than 8 tickets to a show on Broadway, lol. When Nathan Lane and Matthew Broderick came back to the Producers, they hired hobos to stand
in line and buy eight tickets each, lol. (Jersey Jen saw them, I think)

For concerts and other events we have a ticket limit of 8 normally, I was suprised we didn't have one for football too. They hire hobo for concert onsales
too
