Probably a really stupid question but I have some frozen haddock and I need to thaw it for supper. Is it better to do it in the fridge or just do it in the
microwave when I need it?
Is it ok to let fish thaw in the fridge?

It may not thaw all the way but put it in the fridge and you'll have less thaw time when you get home.

So if it's not thawed all the way, I can stick it in the microwave for a minute, right? I'm just sticking it on the BBQ (in aluminum foil).
I don't cook often...at all |
