What does that mean? How can they not vote for Obama? That is a lot of votes to not be cast.

You do realize that all of this has been planned and scripted in advance, do you not? It was in the media.
The roll call is proceeding, with certain states passing, so that Illinois can be the state whose delegates put Obama over the mark needed to get the nominated. |
