I didn't feel the same way, so after 5 or so years he moved on. He's had a few girlfriends since then. He changed his relationship status THIS MORNING to single...and I'm guessing in the same facebook visit, sent me a message saying to call him sometime because we need to hang out.

I was always very open with the fact that I didn't see him as anything other than a friend, yet he still had those feelings for me. I'll see what happens, it's pretty likely that he just wants to be friends again anyway.

If you feel uncomfortable with hanging out with just him (the girl could've broken up with him and now he's just looking for someone who is accepting of him), make it a group thing.
