not far Penn Station or at least a hotel between Penn Station and Ave of the Americas or somewhere were it will be easy to get to Penn Station early in the
morning? I am thinking about taking some classes at ICP (International Cent of Photography) and I would be taking a train in. I may have to stay the night
since no trains will be heading back until early the next day.

There is a Comfort Inn, I want to say, 38th street on the west side. It's about 2 avenues down from the huge sewing needle.
 So, that would make it
about 5 blocks up from Penn Station.
If you can swing it get a suite. The suites are ridiculously small so I'm afraid of what a normal room would look like. |

Regular room probably be fine, since it is just overnight. Thai is if I take two classes the same day or something else.
