For me, it's a personal choice. Some women want to be CEOs, and I think that's fantastic. But for me, family has always been important. I would love to be married and have a family, but that's how I feel. I feel like raising children to be good people is rewarding enough for me. I do have aspirations and would like to achieve them, but if I don't because I choose the have a family--that's the way I see my world. My friends who have amazing jobs--good for them. I don't judge them, and I would hope that no one judges me. I really liked the movie Mona Lisa Smile because it expressed that idea--that just because you decide to get married and have children that you're below your potential. It's different for every woman, and each woman know what's right for them.
