So, if my great grandfather was a twin....and my father was a twin....does that mean it would be my turn to have twins? Please God say no!

In your case, they should skip. My moms family, there has been twins every generation.

By that logic, your kid would have twins, not you.
I don't think twins skip generations like that though. |

I'm pretty sure that's a myth...

Do you have any siblings? Only child? Your cousins (from your fathers twin) also carry that gene.

Don't worry. Multiple births run wild in my family, but I'm only pregnant with one.

Uh I wouldn't worry about it. My grandmother is a twin and so far none of my brothers or sister has had twins and I dang sure don't plan on having any!
The closest anyone has came is my grandmother's brother's son had triplets. BTW my grandmother was one of 10 kids so that's a lot of cousins for
only one to have had multiples, and she might have been on fertility drugs, I don't even know.

Ugh. I'm a fraternal twin. The family is waiting for me to have twins. I can stand the wait.

I have a brother and he doesn't have any kids yet either.
And if the mother passes on the gene then I'm good...because this is all on my father's side. |

Twins run on my mother's side. My maternal grandmother was a twin and had two sets and some of my cousins are twins. I'm praying if I get knocked up,
this won't be the case.

Just throw the vibe of twins on your brother.
