Like if someone is mouthing something to me from across the room I will never get it or whispering something. Sometimes I think I have a hearing problem

Me. I have a bad problem reading lips. Can't do it. I'd make a terrible deaf.

I always find myself saying "Huh?" or "What?" multiple times when someone is mouthing to me.
