I think people can do with what they want, but I personally find it disrespectful to wear them like a necklace. The ones I hate more are the youth, who buy the
plastic kind. I remember when Britney wore hers with a pair of short shorts and a wife beater that was cut to her boob line and she wasn't wearing a bra.
