One of my old ETL's is now engaged to a team member. As long as you don't work in the same store they seem to let it go.

Eventually all of the ETL's will be fresh out of college. They're phasing out hiring out ETL's and trying to only hire in people who go through the
internship, since they are ending up with a surplus of execs and nowhere to send them.

They've already pretty much done that at my store. Only people who aren't straight out of college are the STL, HR, and AP ETL.
