I have grown up in NYC (Manhattan) and as far as I can remember, that hospital has always been in the news for something.

He never gets out of the chair, but looks at Green and scoots away. A female patient who was in and out of the room finally brings a clinic staffer to check the woman and a crash cart is summoned.

Kings County already has a bad reputation when it comes to their ER and Psychiatric Wards. I'm always surprise when there's talk about how the hospital's other wards are so great.
